Matthew P. Corso, O.D., M.B.A., F.A.A.O.

Dr. Matthew Corso is a graduate of Bloomsburg University and the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, where he earned clinical honors in both pediatrics and low vision.  He also studied business administration with a concentration in health care administration at the University of Scranton. Dr. Corso holds a fellowship in the American Academy of Optometry, and is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Pennsylvania Optometric Association.

Dr. Corso enjoys being involved in his local community, and is a past president of the Honesdale Area Jaycees as well as the Wayne-Pike Shrine Club.  He is an active member of the Honesdale Lions Club and serves on the finance committee of Grace Episcopal Church. Dr. Corso also enjoys volunteering as a coach and board member of Wayne Highlands Little League.

Dr. Corso is a Major in the United States Air Force, and serves as Chief of Optometry Services for the 105th Medical Group, 105th Air Wing, New York Air National Guard.  As an Airman, he has had the opportunity to participate in humanitarian missions, both within, and outside of the United States.

Outside of the office, Dr. Corso enjoys spending as much time as possible with his two sons, Ethan and Dylan, and his wife Paige.  He enjoys the outdoors and especially enjoys hiking and bicycling.
